Custom Artwork & Intellectual Property Responsibility

By submitting artwork, logos, brand names, signatures, trademarks, service marks, or other protected material for custom stamp production, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the legal owner of the submitted material, or
• You have obtained written authorization from the intellectual property rights holder to reproduce the material.

Modern Maker LLC does not verify ownership of submitted artwork and is not responsible for determining whether a design infringes on copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to request written proof of authorization for any submitted design and may refuse or cancel any order if authorization is not provided.

The customer assumes full legal responsibility for submitted artwork and agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Modern Maker LLC, its owners, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or legal expenses arising from the reproduction of submitted designs.

Modern Maker LLC will not create stamps that promote illegal activity, hate speech, racism, bigotry, pornography, or the reproduction of currency, official government seals, or other restricted materials.

Custom Products

All custom stamp orders are final sale once production has begun. Because custom products are made to order, they are non-refundable except in cases of verified manufacturing defect.

We are not responsible for performance issues resulting from stamping technique, surface type, ink choice, or user handling.

Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees that may apply. Modern Maker LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Communications

Any communications submitted through contact forms, blog comments, email, or other channels are not confidential. We reserve the right to use, reproduce, or publish such communications as reasonably necessary in the course of business, subject to our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate.
